The Kites of Nasser Volant
Flown in the Parade by Creative Kidz & Co
.

Nasser was born in Afghanistan and became "a kite addict" when he was 6 years old. Fighting kites is the favourite game in Afghanistan. He left Afghanistan because of the war and came to France, where he became child animator and also began to teach his kite secrets to the French children. He finally created his own company 20 years ago, called NASSER VOLANT, which specializes in kites, and is in demand all over the world to present kite street shows, festivals, workshops, wind gardens and night kite flights. His kite Museum, the first in Europe, is based near Dijon (Burgundy) in France.

Nasser has designed Diamond Kites especially for the New Year's Day Parade to commemorate her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee. These will be flown in the Parade By Creative Kidz as well as some of his speciality world renowned bird kites.

Creative Kidz Stage School was formed in 2007 and is based in Fulham West London. The school was founded by Charlie and Dani Barwick, sisters who have spent their lives training in the performing arts and who are both experienced professionals. Recognising a need in the performing arts industry for underpriviledged and disadvantaged children they set up the Stage School, which now has over 100 members ranging from 4 to 25 years of age.
