The Club was formed as a Vespa club branch in Wanstead back in 1957 and ran through-out the 60s before drifting apart when Mod moved north or went flowery. The club was reformed in 2004 and grew from a handful of enthusiasts to 55 members by 2011. The Foresters SC is proudly all makes, all types and wholly tolerant of all approaches to scootering and meets at the Horse & Well pub Woodford every Wednesday. They support various charities including Help for Heroes, British Legion Poppy Appeal, Stairway to Heaven and the Children’s Unit of Whipps Cross Hospital via the “Dal’s Egg Run” event. Today they are presenting their tribute to the swinging 60's, with riders in traditional Mod outfits. www.ForesterSC.Com
