The New Year's Day Parade Festival offers an amazing array of opportunities and experiences for the many music ensembles - marching bands, concert bands, jazz bands, orchestras and choirs - that participate in it each year.  There are few musical venues in the world that can provide the exhilarating performance experiences, the actual ‘walking back in time’ offerings of English history and the absolute absorption into a culture as that made possible with this festival.  And, the efficient and detailed organization of each group's trip by Youth Music of the World ensures memories that will last a lifetime!

We want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful opportunity to perform in the London New Year’s Day Parade. We are grateful and thrilled that you felt our band was worthy of the honour. We have heard nothing but praise for our students since our return. Seeing our band march up Whitehall was a moment we shall treasure for the rest of our lives. January 1st, 2006 was a hallmark day for our young band, school, staff, administration and parents.

This was my fifth event with Youth Music… It was a great trip that is well run and that I highly recommend… The parade is better than ever… Hotel and resource person were both wonderful… The flights were very smooth and security was no problem… Kids loved it… We are going back in four years.
