5. Will there be anywhere to sit down and watch the Parade?
Comfortable Grandstand seating is available.

The Grandstands are located at the beginning of the Parade route in Whitehall, and towards the end of the route in Piccadilly.

Tickets are easy to book through this website and cost just £16. Tickets can be purchased from October onwards through the New Year's Day Parade shop.

6. There's plenty of great entertainment in the Parade, how will I know who I'm watching?

Yes, it's true we do have lots of fantastic and very different performers taking part in the Parade.

To help you know who's performing, we have 8 celebrity commentators distributed across 6 separate commentary points.

The commentator points are evenly distributed along the route, so you'll never be out of earshot of the Parade happenings.

Also, we have produced a great souvenir Parade Newspaper (The Parade Post), which is packed full of all the performers details plus much more. The Newspaper is entirely free and you can pick up a copy at any of the commentator points, and from the charity collectors accompanying  the London Borough entries.

Even though the Paper is free; all charitable donations received will be feed straight back into worthwhile charities in London

7. Where can I park?

NCP and Masterpark car parks will be open – for a list of their properties in the area visit www.ncp.co.uk and www.masterpark.org.uk.
